Elena’s Eye (elenaseye.com) is operated by Otech Labs LLC (“Otech Labs,” “we,” “us”), 33 W Palmer St, Danielson, CT 06239, United States.

These Terms cover this website — a portfolio and marketing site for natural-light wedding, engagement, portrait, family, maternity, and newborn photography serving Northeast Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Cape Cod.

A browse of this site is not a booking. Paid photography work is governed by the written proposal, estimate, invoice, or session contract we send you — not by these web Terms alone. The Privacy Policy at elenaseye.com/privacy explains how inquiry data is handled.

1. The site

Content on elenaseye.com (copy, galleries, journal posts, pricing outlines, locations, and reviews quoted with attribution) is for information so you can learn about Elena’s Eye and inquire about a session.

This site does not sell prints or packages through an online checkout. There is no public account storefront. Inquiries go through the contact form or email. A private “Studio” login is for the photographer and authorized operators only.

Finished client galleries may be delivered later as a private online link under your session agreement. Access rules for those delivery galleries are set in that agreement, not by creating a shop account here.

2. Inquiries

The contact form is an inquiry, not a contract and not a guaranteed reservation of a date. We may decline work, recommend another photographer, or follow up with clarifying questions.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government ID scans, or other highly sensitive secrets through the form. Prefer the fields offered (name, email, phone, session type, date, venue, message, and optional budget details).

3. Intellectual property

Portfolio and site. Photographs, design, branding, and written content on elenaseye.com belong to Elena’s Eye / Otech Labs (or are used with permission) unless marked otherwise. Do not scrape, republish, or claim the portfolio as your own.

Client sessions. For booked work, ownership and usage rights in session images are set in your photography contract or written proposal. Until that agreement says otherwise: the photographer retains copyright in images created for a session; clients receive the license described in that agreement (typically personal use and sharing of delivered files). Images shown publicly in the portfolio appear with client permission or under rights reserved for studio marketing as agreed.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not:

• Attempt to break into the studio dashboard, scrape private delivery galleries, or overload forms and APIs.
• Submit spam, false inquiries, or malware.
• Misrepresent who you are when contacting the studio.
• Copy portfolio images for commercial use without written permission.

We may block access or ignore abusive submissions.

5. Third-party links

Links to Thumbtack reviews, maps, social posts, or other sites are for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided as is. Portfolio samples, package descriptions, and travel areas are marketing information and may change. We are not liable for decisions you make solely from marketing copy on this site. Liability for paid photography work is set only in that engagement’s written documents.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otech Labs’ total liability relating to your use of this website (not a booked session) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. Governing law

Connecticut law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts in Connecticut have exclusive venue for disputes about this website, except where law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a post means you accept the updated Terms for website use.
