Privacy Policy — Elena’s Eye

Elena’s Eye (elenaseye.com) is a photography studio website operated by Otech Labs LLC (“Otech Labs,” “we,” “us”), a Connecticut limited liability company at 33 W Palmer St, Danielson, CT 06239, United States.

This policy covers the public website: portfolio galleries, journal, pricing information, and the session-inquiry contact form. It does not replace a separate written photography contract you may later sign for a booked session.

What we collect

Inquiry form. When you submit the contact form, we collect the fields you provide, which may include: name, email, phone (optional), session type, preferred date, venue or location, guest count, budget range, and message. A “company URL” field may appear as anti-spam; we do not use it as business data if you leave it blank.

Technical data. Our hosts and security tools may process basic technical information needed to run and secure the site (for example IP address, browser type, request timing, and diagnostic logs). Cloudflare may set a bot-management cookie (__cf_bm) on visits.

Studio login. A private studio dashboard exists for the photographer and authorized operators only. Public visitors do not create accounts on this site. If you are a studio operator, login uses authentication provided by our hosting stack (Lovable / Supabase). Session tokens for that dashboard may be stored in the browser (localStorage).

We do not require an account to browse the portfolio or send an inquiry. We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We found no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar marketing SDKs in the live site or source we reviewed for this policy.

Finished client galleries are delivered as a private online link after a booked session. That delivery is part of the photography engagement, not a public storefront on this marketing site.

How we use it

• To reply to session inquiries (typically within 48 hours) and discuss availability, packages, and next steps.
• To keep the site reliable and secure, and to reduce spam and abuse.
• If an inquiry becomes a paid photography engagement, to support contracts, invoices, and ordinary business records.
• For studio operators: to manage inquiries inside the studio dashboard and related notification emails.

Who processes it for us

Service providers process data on our instructions to run the site:

• Cloudflare — CDN, HTTPS, and bot/security protections (including the __cf_bm cookie).
• Lovable — application hosting / publish platform for elenaseye.com.
• Supabase (via Lovable Cloud) — database for inquiry submissions and studio authentication. This site does not use Firebase as a database.
• Lovable email — transactional notification emails when a new inquiry is submitted (sender domain may appear as notify.elenaseye.com / elenaseye.com).

We share information if required by law, or if Otech Labs is involved in a merger or sale of assets, under this policy’s protections.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, as part of the engagement file. Technical logs are kept only as long as useful for security and operations.

To access, correct, or delete personal data submitted through this site, email privacy@otechlabs.io (you may also write elenaseyephoto@gmail.com). We will complete deletion of that inquiry data within 30 days, except records we must keep (for example invoices or tax records if work was billed).

Children

elenaseye.com is a business and portfolio site for adults booking photography. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public site. Family or newborn sessions may include images of minors only when a parent or guardian books and consents under a separate session agreement.

Governing place

This site is operated from Connecticut, United States. U.S. and Connecticut law apply to how we handle this information, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules that would point elsewhere.
