Hi, I’m Elena.

I’m a natural-light photographer based in the quiet hills of Northeast Connecticut. I work outdoors — always — capturing weddings, engagements, portraits, and families in the softest, most honest light I can find.

When I moved to New England, I fell hard for all of it — the coastline, the fields, the quiet parks, the way the light hits everything in the fall. That’s where most of my favorite work happens now: along the cliffs of Newport, on Cape Cod beaches at dusk, through Mystic’s salt-aired streets, and in the wild fields of Eastern Connecticut.

My approach is unhurried, intentional, and honestly — fun. Your session should feel like an experience, not a chore. I’ll guide you when you need direction, step back when the moment is already happening, and keep things joyful the whole way through. What I bring you home are images that feel like the day itself — real, warm, full of light.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m at home with my husband and our sons — homeschooling, reading my Bible, on a long walk with the family, or spoiling our cat. Faith and family come first, and photography is how I get to help other families celebrate theirs.
